Yep the Cans are Sun King/ OB Chaka bought at the Keg, and yeah the Cantillion and most of the Belgian was from LBS. I also picked up some of the standard Sun King as well as some Indian.

Got these from a trade with HopsMatt last month.



And I got these from a couple of people I know that were traveling. I also got a Shorts Nicie Spicie and a Central Waters Sláinte, but those didn't last long enough to make the photo shoot.

 

Today's haul-

4x FMB (2 for trading partners, 1 for me, 1 for... don't know yet) 12 bucks each!
1x Gueuze Tilquin. Never had it.

 

That's probably just the latest thing from Brewdog. Also, holy shit that is a lot of beer in those pictures.

My own meager haul today.



My in-laws gave me beer money for my birthday, so I went and got stoned.* Two bottles of Smoked Porter; one vanilla bean, one chipotle, one bottle of Vertical, and one 10th anniversary Ruination. The Smutty Summer Weizen is for a friend's birthday party this weekend. I was a bad son-in-law though since I spent half the money to get a few things at Home Depot.

Oddly the clerk at the store remembered me because I have the same birthday as her son. I seem to know a lot of people with early July birthdays. What the hell is so romantic about Halloween?

*Let me explain why this is so funny.** You see, I bought a lot of beer made by the Stone brewing company, and "getting stoned" is slang for smoking the marijuana. So it's like I used the money to get high, which my in-laws would not approve of, rather than buying beer, which they are fine with. You see?

***I've found that overe-explaining a bad joke can sometimes rescue said joke by provoking laughter at how desperately bad it was. Not now though. Now it still sucks.****

Bought these a little over a week ago when I followed the wife to Schenectady / Vermont for work. (4 of the Heady and one of the Lawsons are in pschul4's post above).

A case of Gumballhead was there too, but he's in the fridge.

Received this today and didn't know what was inside but was a bit stressed from the look of the outside, UPS guy wanted me to open it before I signed for it, telling me they had to repack it, I passed on opening it in front of him obviously!


I just can't believe this amazing box of brew from an extremely over generous BA that I can't thank enough: WesM63 aka: THE MAN!


No beer was harmed by the UPS guys! haha I was blown away when I opened it, jaw nearly hit the floor! Knew there was a box coming from Wes but had no idea what was inside, I would have been so happy just to have had the White Rajah! I feel like I just took Viagra! haha Vote for me on erection day! Cheers ~

That's the hard part, no alcohol for me tonight! Doctors appt. in the morning…DAMMIT! I can't seem to shut the fridge door either as I just keep drooling as I stare at them! haha Can't wait to get home from work tomorrow!

KDS in the growler as well? I had to have 2 glasses of it at the brewery last week when I went in to pick up my bottles of KDS.
