If anyone can help with the cold brew or coffee beans I would greatly appreciate it!

1st row R is Redd's as in Apple ale. Would guess same is true for the R on row 3

so duts was complaining about me not posting the **** he sent me last night. i had some family time and then i played basketball for the first time in like 50 years (yes, im very sore). so i texted him this morning that i would put something up tonight. his response was, "you best, or i leave swtfyw". im still contemplating this important decision after an hour of internal deliberation, so i decided to throw it out to the hoi polloi. what are your thoughts?

    consider the below

pros to keep him: hilarious banter, solid commentary, comedic revelry, member in good standing (any warning points?), really good dude, some of the best drunk posts/selfies

cons to keeping him: more shots of @Haywire's nether region

I got MT Black House Coffee for Xmas this year and was over the moon excited. It is terrible, but I can taste it in the beer now (where it is fine). Like "I wrote a letter" terrible, or "never got a response" terrible. That terrible.

How old were the beans? I'm currently brewing MT Black House and they taste fine to me. Although IMO they are better suited to cold brew as I've tried on tap and it is amazing.

Dec 16th, brewed on Dec 26th normally. Then Dec 28th French Press.

They taste like tea, not coffee. Took a pic of beans next to some Peet's Beans that we love and sent it to them, asking if the beans looked "right". I stated that I love their beer and their coffee wasn't a dealbreaker for being a loving patron, but that I wanted to confirm that they appeared to be roasted as they should be--they are very brittle and light in color, almost like a candy shell. Is that your experience?

Haven't actually had a bag of it hot but, like Justin, I've had it as a cold brew and it was pretty good. And their Java Sutra was pretty good as well. Also tried their bourbon aged beans as a cold brew and was impressed. I'll have to pick up a pound of it and try it hot though. They also just recently installed a new roaster so I'm wondering if it gets any better.

To be clear, I am not judging the product for everyone else--it may just not be for me. That's all I was trying to confirm with MT. It did stop me from going nuts and buying some of the BA ones though.
