I agree that when the caliber of beers start escalating the more and more I'd hope the person would personally enjoy it. I've had Wild Peach 3x (I think) and would rather have it a fourth time over sending it away. It was mind blowingly good.

 

Leave me alone! I've taken a serious break from ISO'ing beers that get talked about in here. It's also well-documented that I've been trying to land that particular bottle since it came out, and excepting a tiny taste at BS 2.0.1 I have yet to land it. I'm also not at all looking for charity, but want to put up a fair offer for it (though I admittedly have no idea what that includes, I know I have the ammo)


ps- I know you're just busting balls, but I've been called out for being ISO everything in sight before, and have taken it to heart.

 

Picked up a case of this yesterday.

Bought an Almanac tit at DeCicco's Armonk Wednesday night.

This morning Kristen ran to Goodwill to grab us bowls for soup for us here at work and came back with a big Duvel tulip, and a Sierra Nevada IPA glass (I've never owned an IPA glass) from there as well. Score!

Nope it will be sent as a gift for someone. I can't trade it but feel refitting it would be appropriate.

 

For me if it is an agreed upon trade; you can do what you want with it. If it is a surprise me trade, or send what you think would land these trade, I would be a little burnt if you traded them away, because you made me go through extra effort to try and send you a killer box that you have no idea what your getting. Ninja, LIF, helping someone out, you best be drinking those! #pickitupformebro to me is essentially like you bought those beers yourself so do what you want as long as you made it worth the trustees time to do said kind gesture.

In what seems to be your circumstance I think you be pissed off is perfectly justified IMO.

Someone on another website decided nobody was ever going to get together to drink a bunch of old Bigfoot, so he decided to have his wife bring him one a night, blind, when he wanted to try them. Gave her a bottle opener that preserved the caps, and then rated and reviewed them one a day, and guessed what year it was. It was very entertaining while it lasted.
