I'm doing an all grain Session IPA based on CP's "Blinky Session IPA" in the Jan/Feb Zymurgy. One difference: I'll be using the Wyeast 1203 Burton IPA yeast. My starter just finished; this yeast flocculates like there is no tomorrow.

    How about you?

    Cheers!

Just kegged NB's "La Petite Orange" Belgian dubble. Looked really clear in the fermentor so I'm crossing my fingers. An empty fermentor needs to be filled and I have a BIAB that has been sitting around for a few weeks. I may fire up the pot and throw caution to the wind, follow the directions and see what happens. I also have an extract stout kit from NB. Never brewed a stout before.

No brewing for me. Have 2 kegs and 2 fermentors to clean out. That's about it. Saisons have slowed down, might need to add a second Brett strain to finish them off.

No brewing, but I will be bottling and sampling. Plan to bottle 2.5 gal of my vatted porter and sample a PA and Porter I have in primary. Oh, and getting my vapeur starter going which jbakajust1 successfully cultured from a 20 year old bottle. I plan to use it in a saison.

Rebrewing blonde stout Sunday for my clubs' entry into the SCHF bragging rights competition. Doing split batch , half with nibs and half with nibs and chocolate (both get 8 oz dry beanings).

Starting build on 10 tap (22 cu ft) keezer, beer gunning 10 gallons of barrel aged stout and kegging 15 gallons of IPA.

Let me know how that yeast does. It might take a little bit to wake up, no where near as long as getting the 20 year old sleepers to come around, but might lag an extra day or so.

I did a hoppy wheat today for the non beer loving wife (we had a good one out of town in Wichita last weekend at a brewpub and it's the first beer she asked me to try and mimic), and have a double ipa tomorrow on deck. Lots of Galaxy hops in the kettle this week, loving it.

Some sort of IPA. Grainbill and yeast are set. I'll pull an audible on the hops.

Dry hopping an ESB. It's a wee little beer, so I want to put a little extra zing in there before bottling.

Brewed a spontaneously fermented lambic tonight, 2nd year I've brewed it; couple more years and I'll be able to blend a gueuze hopefully.

Brewing a smoked brown ale today. Smoked some 2 row yesterday with some cherry wood. Going to ferment on the yeast cake from the Simcoe session I brewed last weekend.

Brewed a "dark saison" a couple of days ago, a little crystal rye and a touch of chocolate malt, 12 gallons split into 3 buckets with each bucket getting 1# of D180 or D90 or homemade Invert #2. Used OYL 211 (Bit o Funk), each bucket is going to get Wicked Weed or 3F dregs (haven't decided on 3rd dregs), see what happens over the next year or so.

Haven't brewed a hoppy beer since last summer and I am continuing this trend today. Brewing a historic recipe -- a 1945 Tetley's Mild from @patto1ro. Last weekend I made the No.2 invert sugar and the caramel. We'll see how the WLP007 works for this recipe.

My buddy and I are brewing an all grain pilsner and I'm brewing an extract recipe of my own creation. I'm making a pale ale with Pacific gem hop additions, hopefully it turns out.

Wonderful day to be brewing! I'm cooking up an Imperial IPA. Trying to get rid of some El Dorado I've had lying around...

    Gonna be a big one..

Trying to help out my Flanders red by feeding it some maltodextrin and maybe some dregs. It's going on close to a year and still not all that sour. Also, building up a WLP644 starter in hopes of brewing next weekend.
