    Very smooth IPA, ideal for an opening beer of the night. Great candylike nose and I'm enjoying it.
    Ducks-Jets just started and I'm settling in, hoping for a sweep.

    Currently enjoying a glass of Silva Stout at BeerMongers. My first experience with this brew, and despite the negativity I've been reading about this batch, I find it to be very solid.

    Anderson Valley Blood Orange Gose. This is my first crack at the gose style and I really like it. Excellent stuff and I look forward to trying more. Already eagerly awaiting a New Glarus gose.

    I had two great RIS's tonight. If I had to rate them I'd give the
    2013 Expedition Stout a 99.6 (had a bigger bubble) and this 2013 a 99.5,
    but I don't rate beer, so forget I said that. Both are fantastic.
