Brewing another 10 gallons of wit/saison. I don't know how I keep letting people talk me into brewing wit biers.

No brewing. Have 3 kegs to clean (my brewed-6-weeks-ago IPA kicked last night, really!?!?). Also need to check on the Saisons and see how they are doing. The second yeast pitch took it from 1.020 to 1.012 in a few days and it is still chugging along. Need to build up yeast for another IPA brewday next weekend. Have a potential investor and lawyer meeting this weekend too (really not happy I don't have any IPA to share with them).

Jumping on the Brett Trois band wagon! Brewing something between a pale ale and session IPA tomorrow. Pils, light Munich, and wheat. Hopped with Citra & Mosaic.

Are the investor and Lawyer meeting you for a brewing related matter?

No brewing this weekend. Brewed a porter last weekend. Heading to Duluth, MN (30th wedding anniversary). Taking a "brew tour" and enjoying the company of my favorite assistant brewmaster.

After over a decade of all-grain, considering my first BIAB brew, just for fun. Considering an all-Munich home-smoked rauchbier if I have time time / want to put in the effort. Otherwise, a big grassy pils (saaz and pilsner malt, nothing else) with some hop-bursting at the end. Easy peasy.

First brew since the Fall this Saturday for me. I was laid up with a minor surgery then relocated for work. Finally settled in and ready to brew!

Simple extract blonde to get back in the swing of things:

5 or 5.25 gal can't remember what I have written down

    3.15# Marris Otter LME
    3# Pilsen DME

    1oz Hersbrucker @15
    1oz Nelson @10

    Cheers!

Hoping to do 10 gallons of the AP Saison on Sunday. 1/2 will get the Orval dregs as a copitch and 1/2 will get 644 a couple days into fermentation like we originally planned.

I'm planning 5 gal of Jamil's Robust Porter (BIAB). Still on the steep part of the learning curve, working on a water profile using BrewCipher (thanks @VikeMan).

No brewing, but I just bottled the Avg. Perfect Saison (still hate bottling), and I'll be kegging something with WL644 on Sat.

I was supposed to keg my most recent stout today, but when I went to clean my new keg I realized there was a defect on the gas in post and will have to ship it back to the place I bought it from, therefore I have to bottle this brew sometime this weekend. Also brewing the Boswells Oat Beer recipe from Experimental Homebrewing on Sunday.

    OH YEEEEEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bottling an overhopped porter and maybe brewing an extract singel, saison, or APA; depends on what I feel like after I dump the DME in the kettle.

Cranking out a wakatu single hop APA and an extra low FG APA that I'll blend with another batch that ended up too sweet. Gonna be a 12+ hour brew day on sunday. Also got a shitload of bottles to clean. Plenty of things that need doing.

Yup, and I just met with the owner of a local farm last night about the possibility of more brewing related matters, and it sounds extremely promising.
