    Sweet Sunday BA's ...

    I hope yours is flowing well...

    Not a big Dogfish Head fan (most I have had are tasty enough, but too much on sweet side for me and my less than refined palate)...and not a big Brown Ale fan. But this one is a game-changer for me

    smooth, balanced, awesome viscosity, woody, nice ABV% that isn't overpowering on the tongue...this new beer (to me) is a sure-shot winner in the tastiness department (I am not technically proficient enough with nose/tongue verbiage to spill forth on NBS...so I will take this WBAYDN-path only

    plus I can share soundtrack samples from the day thus far...sonic sweetness







    Cheers to BA's....near and far (some epic posts/pics/tunes today...well, this is true every day)

    Red Stripe Jamaican Lager! Certainly nothing special but I did enjoy it for what it was. I'd take it over Budweiser any day of the week, that's for sure!

    This continues to mellow out on the piney/charred bitterness now that it's been 4 months since release. A bit more creamy milk chocolate flavors are appearing now. Really nice.

    Picked up some more of this. Always really damn good. Bright citrus/piney/grassy hops and a crisp/sticky finish.

    This is really delicious stuff. I initially expected it to be much more fruit forward; but it's actually really well balanced between the fruit and chocolate/caramel/toasty malt flavors of the porter. Really well done.

    Still picking up random singles of this to enjoy fresh while I still can for now. Always awesome. Bright grapefruit/pineapple/citrus peel hoppiness with a nice balance of caramel/roast malt flavors.
