    NB St. Paul Porter kit with oak chips, vanilla, bourbon and coffee added to secondary at various intervals. Coming along nicely!

    Red Chair and some Funkadelic as my computer continues to act up. I really need to reformat my HD, as everything on my computer is constantly freezing on me, but I am lazy and worried about losing my MS Office, which I am not sure I will be able to re-download given the new format they sell it in (online download).

    Sounds like you were educated in the SC school system, I think we are ranked 49th or somewhere around there. Just be glad you have more beer than you thought.

    "It's a conceptual beer inspired by the king of street food. The base recipe is an IPA with a significant portion of corn in the form of flaked maize and taco shells. It is spiced with cumin, coriander, black pepper, sea salt, pasilla chiles cilantro, and the zest and juice of 140 limes. For hops we chose Citra and NZ Motueka to compliment the floral, spicy, citrusy aspects of the beer."

    I'll post a pic later. Go to or trade for Cellarmaker brews if you haven't already enjoyed them. Great up and coming brewery in SF.

    Just got back from class and opened a Fresh-Squeezed IPA. I think it might be one of the top 10 IPAs in the country right now for me. Unbelievably juicy.
