Was a big fan too, too bad about the infection on the Bruery version. Floyd D'Rue was gross though lol

 

Wish I had another bottle. Top 3 beers I had last year. Loved it, but it's pretty scarce by now sadly.

 

Bummer. Was one of my top beers last year too and should have jumped on more when I had the chance.

I too was partaking in shower beers back in '99, freshman year of college for me. Was usually Natty Light unless I had extra $, then it was Miller Light. Shower beers used to be a favorite in college, they were a must during baseball season when we got back to campus from road trips just as the parties were firing up.

Yup, freshman year of college. If not Miller my fall back was 30 racks of Keystone. I should revisit, and I'm sure I'd be disappointed, but I always remember thinking how smooth the beer was for its price.

Yeah a 30 pack of Stones was a top choice of mine too, it did seem super smooth. Also drank a bunch of IC light when I was up in the Pittsburgh area.
