    First (and last) time I had this I ordered a bunch of bombers from Made in Oregon and all the IPAs were malt bombs. Just got a some of these as a thank you for being an Upland sours proxy. Much improved. A little too "balanced" for me but very enjoyable.

    Two sad realities of packing the house came to their inevitable conclusion today:

    Bye bye, fish. :slight_frown: 2 1/2 year red-tail shark, and a 2 year albino pleco. "Donated" them both to Petco, since I can't realistically move them.

    The cellar is officially packed. Every box (on the shelf) is completely full of beer. Doesn't mean I won't keep sneaking beers out of there to keep whittling it down before the official move, but it sucks to see them put up like that.

    Buuuuut....today is also a cause for celebration. I've been seeing this on WBAYDN? over the last few days, every single time growing increasingly envious. But the wait is over; it's time for...

    ...my first Hoptimum of the year!

    One of my favorite and most anticipated seasonals every single year. Damn, it's delicious as always. This will not be my last one (possibly not even today :sunglasses:).
