    Other than liking this post (due to obvious reasons) I agree with you. I haven't had this year's vintage of Stickee but 14 blew Sucaba out the Water. I really dug Stickee. Cheers JD!

    Drinking a Negra Modelo for the first time, new to the monopoly this month. I always look for an ingredients list on the label of a beer I haven't had before, and typically the European import labels are more specific as to the ingredients of a beer compared with the brand websites. The picture below shows the German ingredients list: gerstenmalz (barley malt), reis (rice), papain (never heard of it before but apparently it's an enzyme of some sort), antioxidationsmittel ascorbinsäure (antioxidant ascorbic acid/citric acid), zuckerkulör e150 (caramel color), stabilisator e405 (stabiliser, e405 i.e propylene glycol alginate). Tastewise the beer reminds me a good deal of Pabst Blue Ribbon which is a bit of a let down for what I was expecting. I was expecting something more along the lines of Mahou Negra, which is also an adjunct dark lager, but a much better one in my opinion.
