1980's Nude Beer Co (discontinued)

    Have you guys ever heard of these? I thought it was pretty interesting:

    "In the 1980's, Nude Beer (12 fl. oz. 355 ml) was made for Golden Beverage Co. of Wilkes-Barre, PA by New Jersey's only contract brewery, the Eastern Brewing Corporation in Hammonton. A Scratch-Off Lottery-Type coating was used as the Bikini Top or Bra on the female models. The Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, called a halt to sales in New Jersey because it was deemed inappropriate to have a label that could be rubbed off to reveal a nude woman. Nude Beer, with its controversial label, was distributed in only 14 states that had no such restrictions. There were a total of 59 different models included in this Nude Beer Series."
    I found these on a Craigslist post here.
    And this post is for a bottle with the beer still inside it.

    I found a stack of these labels, unused, at a thrift store this summer. No idea what to do with them...

    I have one of those and another stubbie version as well that was brewed elsewhere. I got that one already scratched off (tee hee hee)...

    This is the exact same one I have, model and all. Mine has more beer in it, which of course can be from comparatively less evaporation, but, I dunno...if you look close, the cap looks a little bent or something...

    My friend has a bunch of this they were his grand fathers he and his brother scratched them when they were young pre internet childhoods

    Funny...I found an older version of this beer and have been saving it for a friend's Bachelor Party. I believe it is made by the same company. It works a little differently though. I believe my "Nude Beer" isn't a scratch off, but when drank it reveals the nude. I'll try to post pictures of the bottle later this week.
