    Kamasi Washington's The Epic (3 disc, 20+ member band of late Coltrane, CTI era Freddy Hubbard, choir, strings, umm, and anything else he can throw in there, and that is his debut album :sunglasses:)




    And later will probably be drinking 8th Wonder at a jazz bar in Houston called the Flat, while listening to these guys:

    I am not feeding them like my grandmother is, per say, but they might like my perennial flower bed. I will try to get some pictures. She has had a feeder in the same spot since I was a little kid and you can lean up against the 6x6 post and watch them from about 8" away if you dont blink.

    I'm not, because I'm having trouble keeping my eyes open during this Red Sox game, and plan on having a couple with the pizza I order later for dinner (wife is out of town - Cheat Week!). However, I had this delicious beauty with my breakfast after working out this morning.

    Really worth checking out. He did the horn parts for Kendrick Lamar's latest album, then dropped this out of nowhere. The tiny label this is on, was so overwhelmed with orders it took about a month for trying for my local record store to get this.

    tasty, smooth, decent viscosity factor, chocolaty after-taste...very nice, actually

    inspired by @bowzer4birdie ...with a sweet Osmond reference...(love that song, actually...comparatively)

    trip and trippin down the lane of small-child memories of music back when it was pure and real and unfiltered and simpler and innocent...(well, at least I was/we were...:wink:





    first "concert"...sad, but true (but have redeemed myself 100x over)



    Classic BA inspired "stuff"....Cheers to all..enjoy your Sunday!!
