I ventured out there yesterday and my current favorite topic is Not Your Father's Root Beer. People get SO heated discussing whether it is beer or not. It's really entertaining.

 

I don't care, but I think it tastes good. So I enjoy drinking one from time to time.

 

I don't care whether it's beer. I do care about anything made by FourLoko/PBR that is cynically marketed to craft lovers with a fake story.

 

I might be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure Pabst didn't come aboard until very recently. I believe it was a legitimate craft brewery for awhile.

Looks like my 12 days box will land/be picked up successfully today. More worried about the behemoth one tomorrow.

 

Got a letter from UPS re: broken bottles today. It said we investigated the breakage, and we determined that it was definitely your fault and not our fault. Yup, definitely.

 

At least they sent the rest of the box along.

 

The oldest BA review for NYFRB is late 2013; the trademark for "Small Town Brewing"is owned by Innovative Brewing (AKA Four Loko) and that trademark was filed in mid-2013. So if there was ever an independent Small Town Brewing before Four Loko filed the trademark, not one BA ever had one (or at least reviewed it).
