Is the 1st beer you ever had still around? Maybe a question geared more for us older folks as
some beers that were around many years ago are now gone. When I was 14 in 1970 (you do
the math) my grandfather gave me some Carling's Black Label. So I decided to checked and see
if it was still being brewed. It was! Maybe I'll pick up a 6er and see if it brings back memories!

    How about you?

I sipped from my pop's Mickey's, Buds and Coors all the time as a kid. Think they all still around. First beer I drank myself was probably a Pacifico but tough to say. It wasn't a particularly memorable moment by any standard.

Pretty sure they still make Coors Light but I could be wrong. It was made by a small mom and pop craft brewery so they might have gone out of business.

Miller Lite, uncle left it in our fridge after a visit. I was like 5 or 6 and me and my little sister got into one. She loved it and I hated it. She was like 3...good times....we still talk about that to this day and laugh.

A sip of my dad's Schlitz, in about 1969 or so. The first beer I finished was Michelob. Which I drank until it made my stomach do flip-flops. :grimacing:

Coors or Olympia, early '70s and I was about 5. My uncle gave me generous sips. Damn that was great.

I'm pretty sure Modelo still hires hundreds of diuretic Mexicans to piss in Corona bottles currently...

It was probably Genesee, but may have been Genny Cream, when I was about 5. Yup, both are still in production to this day.

My first beer was Coors or Bud Light. As a kid when my mom would drink a beer with dinner she'd always let me stick my finger in the glass for a taste. I didn't really like it but thought it was cool.

Chimay Blue was probably my first non BMC beer.

Carling Black Label sometime in the mid 50's... If only this beer would still taste the same, few if any of the retro macros do, anymore. :slight_frown:

Hey Mable, Black Label. Carling's Black Label. I have read it is still brewed but have not seen it in years.

That's mine also. I was 7 and my brother was 9. My dad gave us one to split (knowing we would hate it, I am sure). We managed about half of it and tossed it.
