    Fresh from a recent trip to the UK (crazy how cheap it is to ship from Belgium there), my first crack at Cantillon. Nice...but not especially distinguished. Bottle was about 1.5 yrs old though, so that probably explains the subdued fruit presence. Got Kriek and Lambic Bio on reserve for more fun times, along with some 3F, and, just for good measure, a bottle of Westy 8. Cheers all!

    Getting a little nervous because some of the cones have been lost because they've been on the bine too long while others are right in the sweet spot - when the tips of the cone start to get just a tiny bit of brown, it's show time!
