    last hops are in (3/4 oz each of mosaic, centennial and nelson sauvin plus 1 oz of galaxy in a 30 minute 160 degree hopstand/whirlpool), mostly cleaned up. Ready to chill and pitch the yeast. A gose will tough the last half hour out with me!

    A good old 80s tune sets the stage



    I'm ready to sit down and really have a beer!

    Got this from a coworker. Her father homebrews and takes extensive notes. Brown ale. 5.6%.
    Another coworker drank a few bottles recently and he's still alive...

    Still carbonated. Bottled in an old ginger ale bottle with an old Diet Pepsi cap.
    Actually pretty good. A bit sweet for me, but damn!

    Things have gone downhill beer wise since I left the house, but you have to keep the family happy. We went to watch a sea turtle nest get inventoried and there were 2 that were still in the nest alive, got to watch them make their journey to the ocean.

    My brother's friend from Vermont is visiting, so we did a little informal beer exchange thingie today. I gave them some Singlecut growler/bottle stuff, a few Bronx Rye cans, etc., and came home with some nice cans of my own. First up, this beaut-
