    Even though I have been threatened with having my face melted, I'm still taking tomorrow off and heading up to the Finger Lakes for the weekend with my wife and a couple of good friends. Good times, good friends, good beer. What more could I ask for? Pics of the face melting to be posted Saturday night, either here or on Untappd, depending on how I'm doing.

    BIAB was making it's way across the Midwest Last I checked. Forgot about labor day, so looks like it isn't slated to land until Wednesday...

    Also, made some Bacon over the last week and smoked it yesterday. Turned out amazing. You BBQ guys should give it a try.

    Last night I was putting together a few boxes of beer to send out and I put together 1 extra. So here is my LIF to help me thin out the cabinet.
    Part 1:
    My 9 year old son when he is not eating, swimming or playing lego's, absolutely loves to read. Guess how many books are currently on his book shelf.
    Part 2:
    My almost 7 year old son when he is not eating or swimming is a lego-maniac. Guess how many pound are currently in his lego bin?

    This LIF is open to current members of the Local's, SWTFYWers, and TNKOTB (newbie BIFers)

    PIR rules do apply. Guesses must be in by Friday Sept 4th 11pm EST.

    It's close enough to 11pm EST. All guesses have been checked and rechecked. Since this was a 2 part question, I ended up with 2 winners!

    My reader currently has 145 books on his bookshelf. The winner for part 1 is @tommyguz with the exact guess of 145.

    My little guy has 19.4 pounds of legos in his personal lego bin. The winner for part 2 is @SRBush1974 with a close to exact guess of 19 pounds.

    6AM College Gameday is rough, but I've missed this so much. So happy that football is back! Makes enjoying some delicious beer at almost any time of day easier.

    HAHA Awesome!!! I know how many books we have between 2 kids and new it'd be a lot. I don't think I have ever won anything like this, with an exact guess none the less!

    Thanks. I am definitely going to put my own up here sometime soon, when I figure out what I want it to be!
