By seriously, I really just meant finishing the whole process. Last time I brewed, it was an ipa and the batch never made it into a keg or bottles. Just sat in my basement for months until I finally had to dump the thing. Was such a damn shame that I promised myself I'd never let it happen again. But since I no longer have the luxury of free time, that promise Imade to myself means I don't brew anymore.

I can guarantee you that I have less free time than you do and I still manage to half ass a batch every couple of months. My fermentation/dry hop schedules always ALWAYS run over by weeks not days because I don't have time to get to this or that during the entire process. When I say my brew day regimen is a joke that is no exaggeration either. On the rare occasion I have time to brew, I just cobble together a recipe from what I have on hand and just wing it. I always miss my hop/whatever addition times during my boil because I get messing around with my kids or whatever. I over boiled so long in a recent batch that I eneded up damn near a gallon short into the fermenter(for those of you that are unfamiliar with brewing, ending up 15-20% short on volume is not good at all). That beer is unintentionally boozy(not hot like @PSU_Mike would lead you to believe) and hoppy as fuck. Might just be right in @Stigs wheelhouse though.

I can finally join this thread... Officially moved back(grew up here) to Pittsburgh as of last month from NYC/Jersey! Sadly tacked on another 4 hours to Vermont, but on the positive side, a lot closer to Asheville!

Hope to share a beer with everyone but @Steve_Oldrati

Draai Laag has a big sour raspberry imperial stout collab with Caliente called "The Plague". The design is cool and price point should be agreeable. Tasted the wort, yummy. Black patent and chocolate malts just taste good.
EDIT: The time table is unknown, month or two maybe more. The amount brewed won't be disclosed, but its a fair amount.

Lots of good stuff going on in the burgh. Also had the opportunity to try the Bud Light Mixx Tail Hurricane. What a beverage that was.

Drank Citra Saison last night. Juicyfruity. Thoroughly enjoyable from someone who hates Citra and Pittsburgh-Saisons. I'll review one of the others this weekend - probably Mexi Coffee.
