    woah this is different...nothing like any quad i've had before - missing some of the belgian yeast characteristics, i think, and much more grainy and earthy. never thought i'd invoke the "barnyard" descriptor, but it fits here. rather than resembling any quad, this tastes like a mix between old chub and ten fidy, with their grainy and earthy elements, respectively. it's grown on me but definitely not what i expected. cheers yall

    At work with no Beer! Top it off I started taking a cholesterol medication recently! Might be going on a short dry spell to get this crap straightened out!
