What beer are you drinking now? #1090

Okay I decided to break out a little over a year old BA Bigfoot this afternoon. Nice sunshine and well lots of leaves on the lawn but what the heck god put them there he can get rid of them for me. Yah fat chance of that if they are dry enough I'll mow them up or blow into the woods.

This has mellowed nicely after a year in the cellar.

 

Pumpkin Beer and Pumpkin Cheesecake

 

Crop Bistro Doubletyme DIPA from Vermont. I made need to re-rate this up a couple points. The herbal hops evolve through the bottle. I get a nice dose of Rosemary and Sage at the end.

 

Hey there, BA's! Almost 5:30 here in cool, sunny NOVA - I just got home from work & just cracked into another killer brew courtesy of @5EKF :

The word of the day is balance - perfect blend of bitterness & ever-so-slightly sweet maltiness. Perfect blend of citrus & more of a piney/resin thing going on with the hops. Perfect carbonation-to-body ratio. Perfectly drinkable.
...wait...I guess maybe the word of the day is perfect
