Finally getting to try this after much anticipation. Absolutely delicious and hands down the best collaboration save for Xocoveza.

Enjoying this while watching the ALCS.

Nice '11-'13 vert. '12 takes the cake, but nice fruit notes coming thru on the '13.

That occasion calls for a Trillium DIPA...no?

Went out on the limp and got a pumpkin beer when I know I don't care for them.
I thought since this was a pumpkin flavored porter, things might be different, they weren't...

Happy to get my hands on this. This is no afterimage but it's a pretty damn good DIPA. Herbal, zesty, smooth. Not too shabby.
    Happy Friday, all!

Had lunch with my father in law at Sierra Nevada in Mills River and picked up this excellent collaboration beer between Sierra Nevada and Crux...tastes more like a Crux brew than a Sierra Nevada brew (thankfully IMO)!

Picked up two of these today, nearly missed the barleywine. I gotta check that one off the list sometime! A little rainy in Phoenix, watching baseball (I guess I'll go for the Blue Jays) and sipping on a BCBS. Not too shabby.

I've always found Weyerbacher brews nice but unspectacular at best, and pedestrian at worst. They hit a home run with this one, though. At least if you're a fan of a particular class of BSDAs.
