I remember about a decade ago when I was getting into beer that Chimay Blue was like the nectar of the gods to us.

Now I forget that it exists a lot of the time. I should drink it again.

So it could still be on this Earth but under an alias. Anyone have any idea where Tod Mott went? Kate could be hiding there.

This thread is, or should be, a warning signal to all of the hipster tickers. Your quest is not only pointless, but literally never ending as the only attributes contributing to appeal are newness and rarity - and there will always be:

    1. A new kid on the block.
    2. Manufactured rarity and hype.

This is his reincarnation if that's what it should be called. Actually released this past spring and being released again this saturday. 1500 bottles each time, limit 2/pp. While it is good, I had it side by side with a 2011 KtG in September and the KtG was SIGNIFICANTLY better.

Here's an article about the release in the spring.
