    Continuing with the cellar cleaning.

    2008 Higland Imperial Black Mocha Stout. Slight oxidization but no actually coffee was used so it's held up surprisingly well. Nice balance of smokey dark roast and lighter dark malt sweetness.

    2008 Port Older Viscosity. Smells amazing but is past it's prime. Overpowering charred oak with acrid burnt malt flavors.

    My wife and I are having a late lunch. The waitress said the beer is Sunset Ale brewed by St. Georges Brewery for their establishment (Sunset Grille).
