    Great pic. It stands out. And your choice in music is not too shabby (easy for me to say in that I have been a Pink Floyd fan for more years than I want to remember).

    This is one of my go to beers. Had it at the brewery on several occasions and by the six pack on way too many occasions. It is also a great beer to have if you just had a number of strong IPAs and are breathing fire. Great tune you selected by the way.

    Feeling the Trappist vibe again this evening. You'd think that at 10% ABV, there might be a more pronounced alcohol bite in this one. Not so. Some alcohol warmth as it warms to near room temp, but it integrates well with the myriad aromas and flavors present.
