    This is exactly it. It's more that the citra dry-hopping has faded than that the beer has gone stale/flat/oxidized; citra hops fade fast as hell to begin with, and dry hopping is not a very stable way to get hops into a beer with any type. I still drank the whole quart and enjoyed it well enough, it just wasn't all that exciting.

    I'm glad though that I didn't send Uberduper Murren; unfortunately I thought it was pretty awful. It tasted to me like I just dumped a ton of the dust from a hop pellet pack into my glass, I didn't get through very much of that one.

    *Edit, I'd expect this kind of move from Kevin (wanting to be the first one to post Turkey ****, and how's that for a mental image!:grimacing:)
