That's it... the name was eluding me, despite having one in my cellar right now, though I can't recall which one, and apparently it's too far back on my not-very-deep shelves for me to bother looking for it at this exact moment... the ones I've had according to untappd were Montmaretto and La Bonte with pear, both of which I've enjoyed. I've also had Medora, Genesis, and apparently I have had Oblivion!

EDIT: Found a pic I posted of the pr0n from when I got my most recent bottle... I have Bombadile in my possession right now... a farmhouse ale with brett and strawberries? I might need to crack this one soon.

I have a Craftsman bottle opener that has the same handle as their screwdrivers. It'll open most waxed bottles without doing anything to the wax. It has a notch on it that can dig into the heavier waxed ones. It's my go-to.
