I'm not drinking anything at the moment, but I noticed the December version of this thread had not been started yet.

Still working on an Octoberfest that I tapped early last month since I have to make room for a Beechwood smoked porter that just finished primary fermentation.

Drinking a Rogenbier/Berliner Weisse that's about 2 months old. I'll get a picture up, even if it looks like Butter's Creamy Goo. It's pretty solid!

I have an Oktoberfest, too, that's about ready to kick...and an Edmund Fitzgerald clone just about carbed up. I'm happy with how both turned out.

DDH Fort Point Pale Ale Clone. It is on point but I think I prefer the single dry hopped version better and the savings of 5 oz of hops. Cheers !

Coffee blonde and Esb bubbling away. Santa's presents buried by blankets in my beer closet

An IPA right now... was supposed to be a higher grav pale, but it turned out too hoppy...
Had Nelson, Kohatu and Citra... forgot how punchy Citra is, let alone nelson... should have thought of that before hand

Rye sour fermented with bug county from February 2014. Apparently minimal sugar made it into this bottle....but it's drinking damn nice still. Scary clarity.

"Old School" Double IPA with Nelson Sauvin and Northern Brewer. High marks for aroma and appearance (its actually quite clear, despite the photo). But a bit on the boozy side, and some lingering sensations on the mid-palette that aren't so great. DIPA's are difficult to do well!!

I'm still really happy with the full mash sour that I got from a handful of grain @120F for about 36 hours.

Something about a full pint Berliner Weisse makes me smile. Prost

Most nights I'm working to polish off my keg of APA IPA, which is getting a bit long in the tooth. I think I might need to reduce batch sizes when I make hoppy beers, since I can't seem to get through 5 gallons of the stuff in 2 months. Actually closer to 4 in this case...

Then make sure it's an Itty bitty IPA, which is obviously what IIPA stands for.

I found one amber ale at the beach house. The hoppy amber has held up pretty well for 5 months. Not as good as fresh, but still good.
