My sister in law goes to her local bottle shop every Christmas and asks for help in assembling a group of beers that I probably haven't tried yet to give me as a gift (great girl!). This beer was included this year, and having drank it, I know why it was selected...way too corny...cheers!

Props/Merci Canada/Québec too for an outstanding beer. As you can see my day could have been worse.

Good morning, all! Another cold one in the Cedar Valley. It's 0°F right now, but the sun is out and the skies are clear. Time for an eye-opener, Fulton Street style:

    Morning BA's,
This is my second "Canadian Malt Liquor". As much as I know I wont like it I'm gonna be a champ and do it for the experience. Once you tasted the worst, the best will be amazing, Last night I Barely finished labatt bleue 10.1 and i bet this wont be much difference but I figure get them done now and I wont have to every drink them again later XD. Cheers!

    look: 2.25 | smell: 2.25 | taste: 1.5 | feel: 2 | overall: 2

Appearance - This beer pours a deep clear golden color with 3 fingers of white head that fades leaving a thin film over the top of this beer.

Aroma - This has that normal AAJ smell with light malts and a crisp fresh smell, It also has the typical molson metallic sweetness and the smell of alcohol, I must say the smell is less prevalent then it was in the labatt and I hope that's what happens with the flavor too.

Taste - Sadly that wasn't the case, This beer tastes primarily of metal and booze, the alcohol is pretty strong and buns on the way down. This is going to be a challenge to finish but I dont want to waste the 5$ so here it goes. lol.

Feel -This beer starts out light and watery but as the alcholol becomes prevalent it seems to thicken, I've noticed this a lot with these Malt liquor type beers.

Overall - This is exactly what I expected, It tastes nasty and it gets you drunk, I'd suggest being tipsey before starting because this is gross but I guess ull be buzzed fast enough that it wont matter.

It's the end of the world....
And it wouldn't be as bad if I ended it with La Fin Du Monde. Cheers BAs!

La Fin Du Monde and Uni. Two of my favorite things although I have never had them together! Local Uni must be affordable to have a pile of it like that for lunch. Cheers!
