I feel like Wild Elf is like the Dr Dre Detox album. It was pretty cool and I was really excited for it when it was first announced, now I could really care less and wont be surprised if it never happens.

Have heard those guys talking about this on my frequent trips up there. Joking about their Barrel Aged room--there's an entrance but no exit. Glad to hear this; will make it a point to snag some when it comes out.

On that note @brewgentlemen I just sent a growler of Mammoth to Michigan and the recipient is clamoring for more. He couldn't speak highly enough of it. I need to get back out there for more before it kicks.

For me, Head Hunter has a lot more piney character to it and a more pronounced bitterness. JuJu is more fruity/tropical/dank and while still fairly bitter, it's toned down a bit. The first bottle run of JuJu back on 2013/2014 was probably top 3 most bitter beers I've ever had. I like bitter but it was bordering on unpleasant. Last year's version was dialed back as is this years.

That they do. I guess I don't see why they would troll their customers......

Picked up a case of Abyss to split with some co-workers, but will have a few extra bottles I'd be glad to offload if anyone is interested. Either trade for ??? or at cost. Shoot me a message if anyone's interested.

    You laughed during that movie?

Don't; just friendly ribbing. @kbuzz is right: grower jokes go a loooooooooooong way. Drinking on weekday afternoons as well. Makes everything more palatable really. Got me a Mosaic Dry Hopped Fort Point at the moment, thanks to @dannyfayy acting as a liaison--thanks, brah!

Not an actual joke. This is repository for remainders from a local recycled joke factory. Please place on the conveyor belt, jokes pertaining to: growlers, children, a line at any bottle release.

I just had a great visit at BG on Sunday. My GF and I loved it. Really good beer. Momo, Mammoth and Braddock's were exceptional and the place itself was super cool.

Although I'd like to think your beer naming does completely revolve around BA, my guess is that there is a beer from time to time that is named after something/someone else.

The Hipster Cheesesteak at Fat Heads is essentially in honor of my failed attempt to name a beer for them in the past.

Vintage estate still had at least three 4 packs of SMS as of a half hour ago (may have had more but that's all that was out). 4 beer limit.

I'm not really sure if it's sad or funny or both, but this dumpster fire of a thread is the only one I find worth reading..
