Sly fox has an underrated grisette, which itself is an underrated style.

I like helles too, great, great lawnmower beer. And shower beer.

I think the only grisette i've ever had was at Right Proper in DC, but i'll be on the look out for the SlyFox.

BTW Right Proper in DC is pretty fun, went there before a concert once and had a bunch of tasty brews. Cool people

Pikeland Pils is one of the few beers I ever buy a case of, and I do so multiple times per year.

    Interesting thought .

I honestly don't care who owns what. If its good, I will buy it/ drink it.

What bugs me is the BCBS scenario. Ohhhhh F your macro, F bud, F this, ooooooh but BCBS is the greatest and that's all I'll buy from big beer

Right on right on, Pikeland is great.

Great lakes should be releasing Turntable Pils soon, also German, hopefully delicious and if so hopefully i can stock up on a few cases and have a punk rock pils part on my patio.

Edit: actually hold the phone, i don't know that Turntable is German fo sho.....googling

Double Edit: well BA says German, the rest of the internet says Czech, so i'm just gonna drink it.

    Cheers

I was there last week. The grisette was a great beer and the place was surprisingly family friendly. Highly recommended.

I also had a tasty grisette in cans from manor hill, but at 4.7%, I'm not sure what differentiates it from a saison.

Quick someone send ravens to House Cranberry, House Wexford, House Bulter, House New Castle, and House Slippery Rock to rally their banner men to help House Meadville hold the North

Isn't it already? Or is that just the regular backburner I'm thinking of?

Hitchhiker had a grisette this summer. Hopefully they do it again.

Hitchhiker did a Grisette last summer, called 'Hammer & Wedge'. It was good.

EDIT: @Dogleg beat me to it.

That's regular. I don't have a problem with ST, but I see them as a gateway brewery for some new to craft.

Hitchhiker brewed a grisette last year I think...was called Wedge & Hammer...or maybe Sledgehammer?? Something like that. Was decent. They should brew that one again.
