Sophie's going to visit the groomer today. Time to shed some of that winter fur.

This is the one Beatles' song that I think can't be recreated or even interpreted accurately, just because the sound is so unique and visionary. You get to the end of Revolver, and the last song is like "OK folks, here's something NOBODY has ever heard of before", almost a before/after of what was possible in recorded music. This was my first time trying their beer and while I didn't love everything, they are definitely doing some interesting things with wild yeast and locally grown ingredients. I skipped the pub in Morro Bay on the way in to town but I'm really glad I was able to check out the brewery. Cool vibe and a really fun place to hang out and sample their stuff.

 

Woah Nelly a Farmhouse DIPA from Magnify Brewing. This is my last can from a 4 pack of a beer which won't be brewed or canned again for a long time. Excellent stuff. $16.00 is a lot to pay for a 4pack of pints. This beer was worth it.

 

Solid IPA! Probably the most sudsy and creamy head I've seen on a beer in some time. Every can I opened a can, it immediately started bubbling out, almost as if it was begging to be consumed. Salud BA!
