    I've been known to have a beer in the 8am hour before but today there is no need to explain. Bohemian Alt. It is also another big day in our house as my little girl a.k.a "the boss" turns 2. So once again just like last week with my 4 year old I spent last night crafting a cake with some help from old reliable Fat Tire. She also has a thing for cats so Hello Kitty it was. I enjoy making these cakes, this is number 6 for my kids. It got me think how to combine two things I enjoy making, beer and cake. As any home brewer I daydream of opening a brewpub. So I was thinking last night Beer and Cake! Ha, stop in for a piece and a pint!

    Popped this open during last night's LNBA session :confused:
    Glad that I'm able to get a second crack at it today. This is so deep & densely packed with flavor - yet perfectly balanced in every way. This brew is a TKO :slight_smile:

    Yes, I decided to go all out today :wink: I've only been exploring craft beer for about a year now but this is easily the tastiest beer that I've had to date, and I will definitely be getting more soon.

    Regretfully, starting to be predictable, but finished last night running through our locally-available Pipeworks trinity: Lizard King, Blood of the Unicorn, and then N vs U to finish up. Might need an intervention at this point.
    Just a month away from being back in Chicago again for about a month....to teach a course. Very excited. Cheers all...
