    So the second salvo from @WesMantooth has landed in my lap and I almost missed my bus as I lacked the patience to wait until this morning to break into it. Founders Founders Founders goodness!!!
    [IMG]

    The first thing I pulled out was that bottle of Blis, and admittedly my initial reaction was 'oh I've never even HEARD of that brewery! That's a cool label, too. Minimalistic, more Euro-style.' Then I saw the words bourbon and maple and my head started to spin. Then I saw the word syrup and it all fell into place. Bourbon Barrel Maple Syrup. either Corey did some deep stalking or I've talked more openly about my obsession with maple as a flavour than I realized, but either way the only word I can think of to describe this non-beer extra is 'scrumtrulescent.' I love maple. I love bourbon. While this bottle will probably last a little longer than any of the others, I may well still end up drinking it straight.
    The rest of the box was chalk full of Founders goodness: Breakfast Stout, KBS, Azacca, Backwoods Bastard and Curmudgeon. As well as a speed opener and a tulip. Dude, I've run out of words to praise Corey's generosity in this BIF. Thank you. Now to get back to consuming the fruits of said generosity....

    See y'all in NBS in a couple of minutes!

    Well, I've been busy trying to stitch together enough white cloth to construct a proper surrender flag.
    (A skill I learned in basic training when I was in the Italian Army):grinning:

    My will has been completely and utterly destroyed. @Ozzylizard has shown such domination in 2 salvos that with a broken spirit I must accept my fate. I will drink beer.

    The first salvo was 8.86 lbs. The second assault of 32 olbs. completed the operation...completely.
    A strategic arrangement of weapons from far and wide. The great state of PA was well represented, as was New York and Texas.
    First box contained 84 oz if my calculations were correct. Plus a really cool Weyerbacher sign.
    Second box contained 244.5 oz of amazing beers, most of which I had not even heard of. AND 2 beautiful pieces of glassware. (Ironically these remained in pristine form in spite of the destruction around them :wink:) A stunning Troeg's Tiku and a Weyerbacher glass that's not quite tulip but not quite Tiku. I don't remember the name of this style.

    From Weyerbacher:
    Merry Monks
    Blasphemy
    Quad aged in whiskey
    Tango Belgian dark with cherries
    Althea a Belgian Dubbel with plums
    Riserva Wild Ale with raspberry, aged in oak

    But wait there's more....If your porch is destroyed today, you'll also recieve...

    Real Ale Brewery's Commissar RIS
    Ranger Creek's Small Batch Series No. 10 Cardamom Tripel
    Victory's Old Horizontal barleywine style ale (one that I tried to trade for in the past-unsuccessfully)

    And from what I'm assuming was some aggressive foray by Mr Lizzard into Texas:
    Jester King's
    Simple Means
    Farmhouse Altbier with smoked malts
    RU55 Blend #6 Sour Red (barrel aged) most recent version, bottled in January.

    Such an intriguing variety of beers!!! I've already informed, maybe bragged a little, to friends. And, I'm trying to get a few of them together to share the goodness. All in all, a very grenerous, supremely tempting, and utterly admirable BIF box.
    Countless thanks to you Mr. D.

    No sweat. Hope you find a couple you enjoy - The RU-55 sells out in about a week- this is the first time I've been able to get it - I think this run was 4800 bottles sold only at the brewery - no limit. They figured they'd sell out the day I was there so I bought a case, just to be safe. Cheers!

    Well, in my case, it's for using Bender AND because I don't seem to have a sender either.

    True, and it is more fun when there are hints. I'm guessing at this point the best hints you have are the recaps of all those who already know their sender or who have received beers. I think at this point that eliminates 2/3 of the field.

    I think I should feel worse, as I feel kinda slighted - I am pretty sure you never guessed me :slight_frown:.

    That is a real sweet second box. Oh, I made a syrupy pun! I haven't yet had the coffee that would otherwise keep that from happening.

    A Bender Sender? or how about the GenderBender

    [IMG]

    Got it narrowed down to a few possibilities:
    @cjgiant
    @kemoarps
    @Stillyman11
    @superspak

    But since I had @Stillyman11 last round, I kinda think it isn't him, but then I haven't seen anything actually eliminating him, soooo...
