    Nice! I really enjoyed this brown ale, glad you did, too. A little bolder than a classic English brown, perhaps, but not a bastardization of the style. The best thing I've had by the brewery (on par with a one-off experimental smoked barleywine of theirs I tried once). Cheers!

    Came home from a quick trip to two big boxes from @garymuchow , one which was waiting in a USPS lockbox. When I opened the lockbox I smelled beer, haha. Turns out there was some light leakage:

    The leak culprit was the Buffalo Sweat, all others made it safely.

    And here are the contents of the second box:

    Minus a hat and t-shirt and two editions of The Growler magazine.

    Lots of Schell's goodness has me excited. Lots of Minnesota goodness. Some Iowa and Wisconsin too. A Bell's 25th!

    And the Stone bottle appears to possibly be a homebrew. Gary, can you confirm?

    Awesome box and I have my work cut out for me in NBS.

    That groaning noise you are currently hearing is a kitchen counter in Huntley IL, complaining about the 30lb box resting on it. The porch survived, but the counter may have a slight sway going forward.
