Cheers for trying Duvel, undoubtedly a world-class beer. I'm a Duvel advocate.

Today is either going to be sour Wednesday or Avery Wed, not sure. Too many choices.

It was excellent. I gave my other to my father I'd love to hear how he liked it. I really like how I can leave the beer out and it tastes better for me at around 50 degrees than from the fridge. (My refrigerated beers usually get stolen ) And of course it was tasty. Im really enjoying belgian beers as of late. I cant wait to get into my gueze vieille and i believe gulden draak, lucifer and piraat are going to be in my future as well. Cheers.

Happy Mittwoch everyone! Lucky's is getting their KBS in today and are holding a 4 pack for me so its a good day already.

Last night for dinner I tried the cheap IPA from Trader Joe's, it was not good. Like at all. I found myself chasing the last few gulps of the bomber with bites of my pizza. Heres hoping the DIPA is better? Not likely huh.

I had to follow up that gross two pints with something that never fails

Hump Day for you working stiffs. I am enjoying my vacation in southern California, where it's been sunny and in the 80s.
This is a great old ale. My grandson wanted his astronaut penguin in the picture.

I was managing a Blockbuster when Clerks came out. "Just because we serve you doesn't mean we like you" and "this job would be great if it wasn't for the fucking customers" became our mantra.

Our local Hockey rink in Roseville, CA just got 2 more taps in. Before we just had a couple of different Sierra Nevada offerings with some Shocktop. One of the local breweries in Rocklin plays in our rookie league and he has also sponsored 3 teams. We finally got a few of his beers on tap.

Went with the Out of Bounds Double Grapefruit IPA on draft.
