    Agree with Ten Fidy.

It's almost the thickness of chocolate milk. I would recommend not drinking it too cold or you will taste the alcohol more.

Agree with this list, alough not all are readily available. I would also add Stone Imperial Russian Stout, and old rasputin could fit the bill also.

I see alot of these recommendations and wonder what I am missing. Narwhal, yeti, raspy, no e of em come close to the chocolate shake that is ten fidy. Pretty sure the key is first runnings, oats, and a long boil.

Either this is sarcasm, or you overlooked the first four responses.

Mogli. It's oak aged and expensive, but otherwise it's a rich, heavy stout that tastes just like a tootsie roll.

Its a Baltic porter, but I think Sinebrychoff fits what you are looking for

I'm not seeing Ten Fidy anywhere. But ya it's pretty thick.

Narwhal is great. Haven't been seeing it on the shelves as of lately though. Only the BBA version. Also quite good although a bit steep price wise.

TF is like trying to drink a black silk blanket. I would agree that Speedway is up there too, as well as many of the imperial stouts from Southern Tier. I think I needed a steak knife to finish Choklat.

I agree with Ten Fidy and Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout. Also Alesmith Speedway Stout and Alesmith Hawaiian Speedway...

Have never had a beer with the mouthfeel of Bcbs and it's family of off shoots. But I love Parobola and some Eclpse beers , maybe not as easy as a trip to the store, but far from unattainable.
