    I thought the same until I had a Trillium beer (Artaic, I think) that was only Mosaic and it tasted unlike anything I had ever had before and didn't taste like an old rag and smell like a diaper bag. So good. My mouth's watering thinking about it. It made me realize I just don't like how people use Mosaic. Either that or beers with Mosaic hops always just randomly coincide with me having an off day. One of the two...

    Well I may have wasted 6.99$ All the bottles I've gotten at this shop have been good and hes usually really good at sending back old product. This one was 14 months old and only noticed after the pour... It smells ok but has a couple chunks. Oh well I guess worst case its a drain pour... really not looking forward to this

    Took one sip and drain poured the simple malt DIPA. It was waxy... So La Fin Du Monde time XD

    Grabbed this one out to do a review, So far it looks like a beautiful scotch ale, at 10.8% this is the closer for the night!

    That is a beer right up my alley.
    Would love to try some. Maybe this summer I will get down your way. Is it regular distribution? Rotating? Looks like a trade or drop in for me. Either way I will put it on my wants list.
