    How could I be so negligent. Not Mosaic, but...Galaxy hops!!! My favorite hop of them all. Not sure how I confused it. Maybe the addition of Amarillo had something to do with it!

    Trillium Double Dry Hopped Melcher Street. This was bottled today and it is great. One of Trillium's best beers. The pup didn't feel the need to participate in the shot so he quickly excused himself and came to attack me.
