Fun Juice finally in bottles! Yes! I love that beer and get giddy with excitement every time it's on tap!

bottle count is pretty high up there as well. If Saison 100 is any indication of sales numbers, it'll be very similar and not at all difficult to get when it's ready.

 

Anyone have an idea for the release time of neon cans this Friday? Wasn't able to stop by for Hello LA so not sure how the release scene is at HPB.

 

Bob has been talking about potentially starting it earlier. Say around noon or as soon as they are done canning the sucker and packing them in cases just to move it along.

Last release, about 100 cases, lasted till around 9:30-10ish at night. Was originally a 2 per person limit that got bumped up to 3 4pack per limit.

Rain/cloudy weather may have effected the turn out last time as it was in the back. This time it also has the window of having Saison 100 batch pick up window in the middle. So hey, not sure. But if the last time was any indication, if you get there that day, you should be fine.

 

Ross has made it very clear. And if it hasn't been said enough. NO DRINKING IN THE PARKING LOT. Their permit after opening the brewery can't even allow them to get permits to have events in the parking lot. So this is a HUGE risk to the brewery/bar getting fined. And York Blvd. is a cruising point for cops every 10-15 minutes, so please don't do something stupid.

Ross has humored the bottle shares, but again, they should be cleared out long before the crowds come in and actually have paying customers drinking the stuff on tap lines that benefit from the seating and what not.

 

Friday releases are always going to be harder for people to get to for a multitude of reasons, so beers should stay out a bit longer.

beautiful job once again on the cans. i hope friday isn't going to be a shit show since everyone seems to be going crazy nowadays. i can talk my girlfriend into picking me up some if if it's an easy stop by, but if there's a Monkish style line it will be a no go

 

Seems unlikely to me but what do I know. I won't be able to get there until 6:00 or later so I hope it's nothing like the Monkish releases.

 

The lack of a weekend morning is going to be the deciding factor that helps disperse the sale of bottles throughout the day.
