    Still raining...grrr. While I'm impatiently waiting to bust up concrete I'm going to crack this freshie growler of local APA, Foggy Mountain, from Brew Gentlemen, who are cranking out simply outstanding ales right now. Their new Foshomo and the rerelease of Albatross Wednesday is testament to this. Sad to miss their second anniversary bottle release today, but wife wants the patio to go vamos.

    Happy Saturday Morning! Happy Brewday! Started this glorious rainy morning at 6 am in the new garage brewery. I use to brew on the back deck but I spent the winter planning and designing the new garage brewing space. My personal ZEN! New name: Meadowville Fine Malted Beverages or MF ⚡️MB for short. My initials are MB also and MF? Well that can mean whatever you want it to mean. Mashing right now and cracked open my first (and only) beer. Hitachino Nest Dai Dai IPA. Brewing today is a Citra IPA that I will be dry hopping.

    Following @tillmac62 recent posts and recommandation, I'm now sipping Sierra Nevada Torpedo.

    Pretty bitter, however as he said there is a 'trend' in bitterness in beers nowadays and this one doesn't equate it for the best. Too much bitterness doesn't appeal me. Torpedo is good, cheers!
