    Yeah, wasn't getting good enough coverage yesterday through thunderstorms. Just because I'm a Luddite doesn't mean I don't think of the obvious. :wink:
    anyway, still not a purist about the timing. It's about the beer, for me at least.

    Alright BA's! As promised, back with another:

    Stillwater Extra Dry, brewed with Sake rice. Extra Dry is an understatement, this bad boy is BRUT! The nose is a touch floral, but the palate possesses a potent earthy bitterness that still manages to be quite refreshing. I'm thoroughly enjoying it :-)
