    With a few remaining bottles left I better drink at least one on the Enjoy By date. Still tasting solid to me as I relax in the woods staring at this cracked walnut that resembles a skull.:grimacing: Perhaps it was the @LeperJim fossil post over the weekend stimulating the dark side of my brain?

    Thank you to those that replied to the earlier post about the hawk. I will relay your positive replies to my friend. I wish I could get him to join the site as he is a very interesting guy that loves good beer and home brews as well. I started my hop harvest today and will be passing along some cones to him. Back to picking after this beer.

    Beer #2 today is Epic's Tart N Juicy sour ipa. Not sure about the "ipa" part of the name...this tastes like a straight Berliner to me. Not complaining.

    Just got back from a beautiful, hot day at the zoo with my kids, dad, and step-mom. Very fun. I love zoos and love watching kids there. About 96 degrees when we left. Perfect day for a pilsner.

    Drinking a new can of Trillium - Pocket Pigeon. Not sure if I've had spelt before but I'm liking this beer just as much as the others.
