My first Heady Topper on tap in Waterbury Vt on a cold snowy Oct night at Prohibition Pig. Kinda surreal in a way, but a great beer drinking experience.

On a trip to Vancouver we had a Steamworks pumpkin beer that was like drinking a glass of pie. Went back the next day for another. They had a new keg on. It wasn't as good. My wife and I still remember that first one fondly.
Rahr Angry Santa from the cask is always a Christmas season highlight.
Had a keller bier in Nurnburg - standard German lager, but so fresh and delicious.
Sorry I couldn't narrow it down to just one.

Is it better on tap than from a bottle?

It was only bottled. And it was pretty expensive for the time- like $4 for an 8 oz bottle. If I could only go back in time I wouldn't be such a cheap bastard about it .

From what's been posted on these boards, Meantime may be releasing a revival version pretty soon. If it's only half as good as the original, it'll still be something else.

Parabola for me, and it isn't close. Sometimes I'd be hard pressed to remember what I had on tap at dinner a few days ago, but almost three months later I can still remember how that first glass of Parabola looked, smelled, felt and tasted. Though for some reason the subsequent glasses are a bit hazier in my recollection...

Actually, there is a second worth mentioning. I had Pretty Things Fumapapa, one of their last brews, on tap over the winter and it was so good I kept going back and forcing it upon other people including one person who now has found a world of beer beyond Sam Adams. It has been fun getting others to try it and with six bottles left I should be able to share this with many more before I finally run out. So while I have to admit that this isn't quite on the level of Parabola as a beer, the experiences I've had while enjoying this from tap have been some of my fondest.
