Sure sounds nice, and thank you too! Seems like there a lot of you fine BA's in that state.

I'll always remember listening to this album for the first time and becoming a rock n' roll fan forever!

That first after work beer went down wayyyyy too fast and easy....didn't realize it was a 7% beer, and got a nice little buzz from it....may as well finish myself off with this Monsta.....cheers all!

Got a feeling the "buzz" is going to get magnified soon!

The song referenced by the beer...

Bonus points: Weird and Gilly were nicknames for Bowie's bassist, Trevor Bolder, and drummer, Woody Woodmansey, respectively, in the Spiders from Mars...

Super-juicy brew - full of orange fruit flesh, candied citrus rinds, and honeyed orchard fruit; some melon, like cantaloupe, and stone fruit suggestions; soft and amply carbonated; something herbal and floral on the finish lingers behind.

    Featuring David Bowie, 'natch... :sunglasses:

you could interpret it both ways if you overstand, but you don't seem to understand.

I gotta say, I liked your post. The beer looks really fantastic. I probably cannot get in RVA but will be on the lookout. The Ziggy, I am showing my age,Stardust music vid may well have set the tone for a nostalgic music marathon for me tonight.

    Cheers! Have a good evening.

For some reason, Tired Hands brewed a beer steeped (or randalled?) with dead ant carcasses. We didn't taste "ant" in the beer, but we did notice some weird off flavors that I gotta assume are due to the pieces of ant body used during brewing.

lol they used roasted and salted ants in a gose. I didnt have it but my bro said it was nice last week. Id imagine it would be the same as adding a salted nut to a beer.

A disappointing Surly Furious. Expiration date June 2015. Got snookered. Tastes like an American Amber Ale circa 1999. Insufficient hop bitterness to balance caramel malt.
