What beer are you drinking now? #1426

Happy Thursday BA's! Only 3 more days until Stein Club Sunday (week 3). I'm excited, as this Saturday is the OFFICIAL start of the Munich Okteberfest (Muenchen for you die hards)!!! So let's really see some participation friends. Back to work. Saw a lot of Teku's and Tulip's yesterday, but a couple glasses had to stand out of the pack. It's time for the Glass of the Day Awards!

GotD: I had to go with @goingbrokeonbeer 's Falstaff Mug. Love the unique handle, the fine dimpled bottom, and the history of the beer itself. Cheers and congrats!
2nd: Not sure of the brewery this image represents, but this 5 ladies dancing exaggerated flare "Lager" pint glass from @jsmith313 got the attention of the Staff. (Just a few ladies short to fit the bill for Christmas . waaaa, waaaa, waaaa.)
3nd: Speaking of dimpled, here's a new one. Not exactly the Shaker Pint Saturday event that @TongoRad was hoping for, but had to give out the silver to @woodchipper for this, well... dimpled shaker glass!

Honorable mentions go out to @HopBomb515 and @larryi86 for rocking the same "This is the best beer I have ever had" Teku's!

Ayinger Oktoberfest-Marzen - 5.8% - MALT!

To my taste buds, this beer demonstrates the correct malt profile needed for the style.

I finally got around to watching the finale of American Ninja Warrior...

 

A draw from the keg in a clean glass. I swear this keg has nine lives! It's a good thing Half Acre draft beer holds up exceptionally well.

Feels like Fall here today. Decided to bring out a pumpkin beer. Make it a stout too. Cheers!

Happy Thursday ba. Hitting up greenport harbor brewing again,

Started w/ fork and beans, a 6% coffee stout. Pretty good. Lots of raw coffee grind flavors,

Now, Sesh Who? A session ipa at 5% brewed w/ lots of citra hops. Very nice stuff,

 

Staycation is going well!
