I don't think we will ever see a $4 DIPA 22oz. bottle and I am ok with that. I know different breweries have different margins for making their beer and I don't begrudge them for wanting to make a profit. I also understand that some breweries don't have canning lines so they put everything in 750ml or 22oz bottles. No problem, just know your pricing or your beer will gather dust. With a handful of exceptions whenever I see IPAs or DIPAs in 22oz. bottles my first thought is it's a brewery cash grab when you compare the $ per ounce versus cans. But there are some great exceptions. Stone's Enjoy By Series is usually priced around $7.99-$8.99 and I won't hesitate to pick up one or two of those if I happen to come across it. That's the great thing about having so much great craft beer to choose from. I remember when both Florida Man and Hop Stimulator came out. I saw the pricing and grabbed a fresh 4 pack of Two Hearted 16oz tall boys instead.

For Florida based breweries like CCB and Funky Buddha no doubt cans will sell better just for the pool, beach, boat folks. Plus it's just easier to drink 16oz. of a DIPA as opposed to 22oz.

Back to the thread. It's been 4 weeks now. How come there aren't four new BA beers from Cycle? They are going for the Guinness Book record of BA beers in one year right?

Just to add if I see a bomber of an IPA at a Total Wine or similar store with no date on it I just assume it's been there for 6 months and refuse to purchase.

Anyone notice the upcoming Eggs-n-Kegs at CCB has a dessert cooked with "Bourbon Barrel Aged Good Gourd Almighty"? Doubt they would pull two year old BBAGGA bottles for cooking purposes. Perhaps the next bottle to be released?

There has been rum and bourbon. Most recent el cat was bourbon, earlier was rum.

Might be a little off topic, but has anyone heard anything about seventh suns second spot in Seminole heights? I feel like it should have been open by now.

I was at the Dunedin location in August and asked about it. They told me it would be spring at the earliest.
