    Thanks to the kind and hard working at school by day and imbibing delicious craft brews by night, the one and only...drumroll.. @mmorris15 I am enjoying this Focal. My absolute favorite Alchemist offering.

    I feel a song coming on . . .

    Nice light golden color with white cap which diminishes rather quickly as does the lacing.

    A clean aroma of pine, citrus and slightly earthy hops. Little malt apparent.

    Flavor is hop forward but mild. Malt is present in the body but doesn't stand out, or even much make it's presence known for that matter. Hops start, follow through and finish with the pine more present in the aftertaste.

    Texture is medium.

    Overall a solid IPA without any major flaws that I can spot. Nothing really outstanding either, rather middle of the pack performance.

    Habanero Sculpin is the only Sculpin I like. I can't even taste a trace of pineapple in this.
