And as a fan of Phil Anselmo and Aggressive music, This is great. He definitely killed it on this. And being a black metal fan, i really like it.

I'm told that there are between 1500 and 1800 rum shops on the island (14 miles x 22 miles); the shops I've visited, or just seen, are typically a very small building with a picnic table or two out front, where small bottles of rum (and beer) are consumed on site daily. Super cheap. Very laid back scene here! Cheers!

I'll save you the full spiel about ThrowFlashback ThursFriday this time around, and instead just remind you it is Friday, and not tomorrow. This beer doesn't quite make the cut for me, as I do grab it once in a while after doing a Thursday Throwdown with it about a year ago. Plus, I grabbed one of the newly minted VA brewery versions a couple months back. It's now like that middle reliever you go to to get a start once in a while in the middle of a long season .

 

No, this isn't like Heady, not by a long shot (I love this beer though. Got me Liking IPAs). I think G-Bot is very similar but better.

If you can find Cavalier distilled in Antigua grab some. One of the best simple rums I've had. You can't get it in the statest. I brought back as much as I could. They also make English Harbour which is also excellent but alot more expensive

Someone just told me there has been complaining about MT's beers. From what I've had I don't see it. This one I love. It's the perfect balance of malts and hops. Really tasty
