Tinypic is still not working. I was fortunate to buy some Magnify Maine Event cans this afternoon. They sold out in 4 hours. It's a really good rendition of a New England-style IPA. For dessert tonight, a Carton Unjunct Stout. Posting just isn't the same without the photos.

Another can of 18th Street The Teddy Bear Picnic NE Style IPA with mango. Solid stuff…great appearance, aroma, and mouthfeel. The taste needs some work. The first Indiana brewery attempt at this style that I've had.

Getting down with some citra hops tonight. The first one had more of a cloudy look to it.
It was a hell of a agro pour this time, ha. You can't see it, but the glass pictured here was a free bee at a local distro that engraved my name on the glass. Wow, to get a nice glass with my name on it and it's a Guinness glass, no way you can go wrong!!!

 

Yes, in honesty, the rivalry was instrumental in my thin king 26-1 still seemed weak (ignoring our 5 prior to 2004). Plus, the freakin' Marlins had gotten two within the last decade. A few other aspects went into it, too. I think I finally felt better after 2013 .

I think the Sox ending the drought was more hallow for the fans because of the rivalry and history with the Yankees. And I say that respectfully. What I take from Cubs fans is a happiness not for themselves but for other Cubs fans. Of that makes sense. It is a very selfless celebration.

 

Tulip glass. Short's Aww Jeah.DIPA. 10.4% ABV, 95 IBU.
Copper color, near-clear with a few slow streams of tiny bubbles. Two fingers of big bubbly head that dissappears quickly.
Aromas of pine, grassy, and floral hops, honey, solid caramel malt.
Tastes like heaven. Slick, medium feel.

Short's just released the mother of all variety packs, so you guys are gonna see some pretty happy Michiganders over the next couple days.
